In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an account, accessing the jpnos Platform, or using any service offered by jpnos — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, lottery (togel), and live dealer games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire and legally binding agreement between you and jpnos. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account on jpnos, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. jpnos enforces a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently closed from a jpnos account for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jpnos or any of its affiliated companies or game-studio partners.

When registering an account on jpnos, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and the mobile phone number registered to your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.

You agree to notify jpnos promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension and delayed processing of withdrawal requests.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jpnos employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the Platform.

Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jpnos accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

jpnos operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered at other times at jpnos's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used for deposits.
• Source of funds declaration: In cases where transaction volumes or patterns trigger enhanced due diligence, jpnos may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of your gaming funds.

All submitted documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. jpnos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.

jpnos accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. jpnos reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative proof of payment ownership at any time.

Deposits are credited to your jpnos account balance upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a technical error causing a delay, please contact our support team with your bank or e-wallet transaction reference number for prompt resolution.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have passed the full KYC verification process.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jpnos compliance team.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal balance must be fully satisfied prior to processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no processing fee charged by jpnos; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

jpnos reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 per transaction or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks will be completed within 24 hours (WIB) and the player will be notified of the outcome by email.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time depositors only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of the One Account Policy.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sports betting markets contribute 100% on settled bets with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within 14 calendar days of issuance and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

All games and betting markets available on jpnos are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or upon request from support. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate and based on long-run statistical averages; they do not guarantee any outcome for an individual gaming session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jpnos Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Decisions made by a Player under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance that impairs judgment.
• Any losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

jpnos's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jpnos collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 calendar days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jpnos from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
